How rising detection is defined

Rising data is not a popularity index. It is a detection lens built from raw stargazer velocity so we can spot smaller-but-fast projects before they become mainstream. Use this page as a discovery lane for early validation, not as a final verdict. For technology-level context, open Pulse.

  • Breakout: less than 5,000 total stars, but at least +50 stars today.
  • Acceleration: today's daily velocity is at least 3× the weekly average.
  • Cooling: strong weekly momentum is present but today’s velocity is clearly weaker.

Each row also shows recentRate (stars/hour) to make short-window bursts easier to compare. For full methodology, see Methodology.
